Challenge Your Intensity

The Varsity training program is for athletes who are currently competing at a high school, CIAU/CIS or NCAA Level. The onus is on the athlete to have a strong work ethic, toughness, and discipline. The right mindset must be taken in order to challenge new skills and make further progression.

This program focuses on maximizing strength, as this is the perfect age group to develop and increase strength to size ratios. Further emphasis is placed on technique and intensity with use of plyometrics, reaction, agility, speed, explosiveness and power. Specific anaerobic and aerobic workouts are used to best duplicate the energy needs of sport.

This program runs four days a week for a twelve week session. Each group consists of six to eight athletes who will be coached by one of our conditioning specialists.
